About this event

Have an idea for an app but don’t know where to start?

This 4-week, hands-on program is designed to show you that you can bring your idea to life. No coding background needed.

Together, we’ll learn how to use AI-powered tools to create a landing page for your web-app idea. A polished first step toward bringing your concept to life.

You’ll go step-by-step: learning a concept, experimenting with it right away, then regrouping to share your progress and get feedback.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a live landing page that showcases your idea and invites early interest, plus the confidence to take the next steps toward building the full app

Who This Class Is For

This course is perfect for:

  • Beginners curious about building apps with AI tools

  • Creatives and entrepreneurs who want to bring an idea to life quickly

  • Developers exploring AI-assisted workflows

  • Anyone excited to go from “I have an idea” → “I built a live site!”

You don’t need to know how to code, set up a database, or use GitHub. If you can use a web browser and have an idea, you’re ready!

Pre-Requisites

  • An app idea you’d like to explore (it can be simple, we’ll help shape it!)

What You’ll Learn

By the end of this course, you will:

  1. Use AI builders and prompt engineering to quickly generate web app components.

  2. Connect to a database, create endpoints, and display live data in your app.

  3. Learn GitHub migration workflows — moving projects from AI builders to GitHub (and back).

  4. Host a domain and deploy your application to make it live on the web.

  5. Understand production readiness: security, scalability, and app performance best practices.

  6. Build confidence in an iterative workflow: Concept → Play → Build → Share.
