Create a responsive resume using Twitter Bootstrap!
How cool it would be to have your very own responsive web resume that lists all of your work experiences, education, programming skills, direct links to online projects you have done and even services you may offer? Did we also mention responsive? Meaning it will look great on a variety of mobile devices!
In this workshop you will be creating your very own custom web resume using a popular responsive front-end framework called Twitter Bootstrap. We will learn about Bootstrap’s rows and columns structure and how they work together to make our pages look good on any size screen. We will also look at various CSS styles and other pre-written code inside Bootstrap. We will use a combination of these tools and more to create your very own responsive webpage resume.
Participants should have a good understanding of HTML5 tags, div IDs and div classes, CSS3 properties and selecting child elements in CSS.
