About this event

Pandas is a free, open source python library all about working with data. Pandas is extremely fast, extremely intuitive, and is friendly to both programming and statistical objectives. It is used in many offices every day and makes data-related tasks a lot easier.

If you enjoy working with data and are passionate about Python, this is the class for you!


GDI's Intro to Python class or basic working knowledge of Python is recommended.  

Tech requirements:

Bring a laptop and charger. (Note: A netbook or tablet is NOT a substitute.)

There are no refunds or make-ups for this course. If you end up being unable to attend any or all of these dates, the entire amount of your tuition will be donated to our scholarship fund to help other women who need financial assistance. Thank you for understanding.

Amy Durcan a developer at YellowHammer Media Group is a very active member of the python community. Active member of Learn Python NYC and The New York Python Meetup Group, she is a self-taught programmer through the python meetups and GDI. She enjoys helping beginners get the hang of python to give back to the same community that helped her get to where she is today.
