About this event

By popular demand, Girl Develop It is hosting a workshop on version control and collaboration using Git and Github.

About the Workshop:

In this short workshop, we'll walk you through the mechanics of social coding with Git. We'll go over primary Git operations, workflow use cases, and otherwise review the vocabulary of version control. You'll learn how to incorporate git into your coding and otherwise socialize and collaborate with peers on Github.

About the Instructor:

Aidan Feldman is a developer at Github on the Education Team. When Aidan isn't writing code, teaching, or hosting office hours for aspiring hackers, you can find him riding his bicycle and prancing around NYC.

You might know him of mustachify.me fame; he can be found and followed on GitHub and Twitter.
