GDI is hosting another HTML/CSS course for the Fall Term! If you're just learning to code, interested in web development, comfortable with CMSs like Wordpress and Tumblr but craving more control, this is the class for you!
We will guide you through the basics of HTML and CSS, give you some readily-applicable skills, and answer any questions you may have along the way. This is an introductory course that covers the basics of building a website. There are no prerequisites--this is our intro-level course.
The course will be taught by Leo Newball, with curriculum contributed by Alexis Goldstein, author of the book "HTML5 and CSS3 for the Real World." TAs will be on hand to help out! If you don't get a slot, never fear, we'll be teaching another HTML/CSS shortly after with Brenda Storer.
Plus, we'll be hosting it at the Dev Bootcamp Space, so if you're interesting in applying for a longer-term bootcamp experience this might be a good way to get your feet wet with code.
Join us for this course or the next!
Because we must have the class list in advance, registration closes the day before this class.
