ABOUT THE TEACHERS

Kelly Tran is a software engineer turned product manager turned software engineer (again). In her free time, she volunteers as a Chapter Leader for Girl Develop It. She loves organization (a lot) and obsessively organizes all aspects of her life. She is a huge fan of containers (both virtual and physical), and adamantly believes that things belong in other things. Fittingly, her favorite HTML tag is the div, and her favorite store is The Container Store.

Truc Nguyen is an engineer by training turned generalist designer who works collaboratively with stakeholders to explore, design, and develop pragmatic solutions to business problems. She is a Product Designer with a technical bent at AppDynamics. She's passionate about greenfield development - building something new and creating better processes. At GDI, her favorite part of teaching is seeing students progress over time! Outside of work Truc enjoys being active - and had a brief stint as group fitness instructor - and also loves baking, cats, and empowering women.
