Introduction to User Research

Are you interested in UX research? and/or ready to hone your skills? Join us for this hands-on 2 hours class.

About this event

User research helps power great products and services through the study and analysis of people's needs, motivations, and behaviors. This introductory course will provide an overview of the field and practice of user experience research. Learners will survey different methodologies involved in UX research and gain hands-on experience with taking a problem through ideation, research execution, and synthesis. By the end of the class, learners can expect to hone their user research skills through collaborative practical exercises which they can apply to their own user research practices.
