What Is a Leadership Learning Circle?

Starting on September 30, GDI is proud to offer the Seven Week Women Leadership Learning Circle. What exactly does this entail?

This is a seven-week virtual meeting for like-minded, growth-oriented successful women. Together, we will cultivate a small circle of trust and learning. We will explore our own influence and develop real-life, practical tools to strengthen our personal and professional network.

This is for you if you've ever felt stuck, felt like there is something more for you, and felt like you couldn't achieve your full potential. Consider this the 'sign' you've been looking for to finally make that shift in your professional life. We've all been there. Now is your time to take action.

Together, this group will unpack chapters from John Maxwell's #1 New York Times Bestseller, The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth (Book is optional, not required). Participating will raise your level of awareness in growth principles to help you get unstuck.

"I attended Nicole's Leadership Circle in the spring of 2021. The circle met for an hour on a weekly basis for eight weeks. In preparation for each class, we reviewed a video posted by Nicole and a list of guiding questions. The content was based on John Maxwell's "15 Invaluable Laws of Growth". Nicole was able to create a safe, friendly, and productive space for open conversations that focused on delicate topics like goals, challenges, and priorities. This class will be led by Nicole Calhoun, a certified John Maxwell Team trainer and coach. Nicole is a high-energy and results-oriented professional with 25 years of corporate and technology experience. She delivers value-added leadership and personal development content through inspiring, engaging, and exciting sessions. Nicole’s technical experience includes enterprise-level technology systems with such roles as Software Engineering, Business Systems Analysis, Project Management, and Technology Risk & Controls. Her industry knowledge includes Financial Services, Merchant Services, Retirement Services, Payroll Processing, Manufacturing and Automotive. Nicole’s work experience includes companies like: JP Morgan Chase & Co., General Motors, Delphi, Detroit Diesel, National Steel Corporation and Electronic Data Systems (now DXC).
