In 2016, Breaking The Glass was founded by Computer Futures recruiters in Texas to tackle gender disparity challenges in the tech industry through community programs, professional development and networking for women in tech and their allies. Breaking The Glass has grown to a network of over 2100 professionals across the tech industry in Texas, with new communities and partnerships growing in Washington D.C., New York City, Chicago, and the San Francisco Bay area.
