 This workshop will equip you with the knowledge and understanding to confidently negotiate for the compensation you deserve. Led by Jillian Climie, the former leader of executive compensation at Lululemon, you will learn how compensation decisions are made within companies, and how equity compensation works. We discuss the biases women face in negotiations and how to overcome them, and leave time for connection between women to share stories and empower each other. Key takeaways:
