Overview
What the Tech will introduce you to the basics of web development and the developer’s place in it. Through slides and live examples, you’ll gain an understanding of modern web development and the many avenues to success in it.

If you are curious about starting a career in web development, join our workshop “What the Tech” on July 30 at 3pm ET. In our introductory course, we will discuss early career paths in web development and introduce indispensable developer tools. We will also introduce the backbone of every webpage you encounter online---HTML and CSS---through a hands-on coding session. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this course equips you with the knowledge and practical experience to succeed in creating dynamic and visually compelling websites.
