About this event

This workshop will build on the first workshop Python Web Apps (where we learned the Flask framework) and introduce databases. We'll discuss data modeling and querying in the SQLAlchemy ORM, and then introduce the ORM-oriented Django framework. You'll get hands-on with data modeling and Django in several exercises. We'll conclude with a discussion of deployment strategies for database-oriented web apps on Azure.
