In this advanced-level course, students will continue to apply their knowledge of user research with a deeper dive into the research process and applied methodologies, from planning a research study based on business goals to completing research deliverables, such as user personas.
Prerequisite: Introduction to User Experience Research is recommended for this course however all are welcome to participate.
