If you're working on something that will impact others - be it the labels for your products and services or creating navigational systems to help users move through your marketing channels - you're using Information Architecture, or IA. In this introductory class, we will unpack the concepts of IA and give you the confidence to understand, use, and engage with IA in your own career.
