Intro to User Research

Sep 7, 2022, 10:30 PM – Sep 8, 2022, 12:30 AM

Knowing what your users want as soon you begin the design process will set you up for a successful design experience. This is where UX research comes in. This class will introduce more about the concept and how to get the right information from conception to execution.

About this event

In this class, you will learn the design thinking methodology in-depth and review the process around exploring a problem space, understanding customer needs with various techniques, framing the problem, hypothesis, and brainstorming/testing solutions to those problems that you've discovered. You can use that framework and those techniques in any context, whether or not you end up creating an app or website at the end. We will look at a blend of best practices and case studies to guide our learnings.
