Overview: Business design is a unique and hybrid role that combines practices from several design and design-adjacent roles: services design, design strategy, product management, management consulting and business analysis. In this course, you'll be introduced to the fundamentals and role of a Business Designer, learning common frameworks and processes in business design. No prerequisites are required.
