This two-hour class will introduce you to the basic steps to understand and explore UX Design. It is a kick-off deep-dive into problem-solving, hypothesis formulation, and building solution statements.

What to Expect:
Uncover the secrets of effective research, competitor analysis, and audience definition.
Develop a keen sense of empathy through mapping pain points and crafting user personas.
Get ready for an exciting exercise where you'll conceive a restaurant and create a captivating user persona.
Be sure to have a pen or pencil and paper available for the class.
