The dictionary defines UX as "the overall experience of a person using a product such as a website or computer application, especially in terms of how easy or pleasing it is to use." But what goes into making a pleasant experience? This introductory course will explore the tools, terms, and best practices for getting to know UX.
Overview:
This course explores an overview of User Experience. Students will walk away with a general introduction of UX including but not limited to: defining and exploring UX roles, tools, tips, and best practices. No prerequisites are required; anyone interested in gaining an introductory overview of UX is welcomed!
