Raised by Us and Girl Develop It invite you to participate in engaging learning opportunities, professional development and networking, and empowering conversation in honor of Women's History Month. This mini-conference will feature three specific events:
- - Two panel discussions with a focus on Career Development and Women in Engineering
- - Learning Lab featuring workshops that provide hands-on experience to solve real-world problems
- - Career-Focused World Cafe, offering small group discussions, peer-to-peer learning, and networking

Top recruiters share best practices for job seekers: top skills they look for, software skills highest in demand, and insight/advice on diversity in tech.
2:30 - 3:00pm: Building Connections
3:00 - 4:00pm: Women in Engineering
Experienced women in engineering share their work, goals, progress, and hopes for the future of women in engineering.

Tech & Career Roundtable Discussions
Small-group discussions about career opportunities, shared challenges, and recommendations for success in the tech and engineering space. There will be specific offerings for Linkedin Profiles Reviews and also Debugging Code hands-on learning sessions.
