This chapter will introduce you to OSS, how to access, and apply real, hands-on opportunities to use OSS in building a platform for a national nonprofit. Events in this chapter will include panel discussions about OSS, workshops on how to use Git and Github to access software, and connect you with teams of people you will be matched with to build frameworks for the site.
